The Gänseliesel ritual

Today we got to witness the ritual, as we happened to be in the right place at the right time!
The friends and family prepared a cart for the student, and pulled her through the city to the well.
She climbed up on the fountain
Placed flowers in her basket
And kissed her cheek!
You could tell she was very stoked to have finished her degree. Couldn’t help but feel a bit touched watching this. 🙂
