Times are Changing!
So, Where do I start??
The past month has been a very bizarre one for me. I’ve always been very sure of my future regarding photography. I was going to move to London once I graduate, work as an assistant for X amount of years then get signed to a agency doing fashion and portrait photography. Being someones bitch, eventually make megga bucks and live happy off champagne. Sounded good to me!
However. I went to work at the Guardian newspaper early February with the picture assistant (Who is the loveliest person you’ll meet, in fact, they all are!) and they asked to look at my portfolio, so naturally showed them my fashion work which I got great feedback from. saturday shops

Saturday was beautiful and I spent the majority of the day with my mom shopping and browsing for the finishing touches on a much-needed bedroom decor redo. A mix of West Elm, Overstock, IKEA, and now Marshalls Home Goods have the project coming along quite well. Despite leaving the house with home shopping intentions we found ourselves with our latest closet treasures as well. A woman just can’t help it when she finds herself in the middle of a TJ Maxx Off the Runway store!! I fell in love with a burgundy silk Theory dress I’ll now be donning to a wedding this coming weekend in Alabama and even more in lust with a gorgeous…
